Position Summary

We are actively seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to enhance our Technology team. This role is pivotal in developing new features for our enterprise solution. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional technical skills, a strong sense of autonomy, and a deep passion for developing scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deploy new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring their responsiveness and quality.
• Seamlessly integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities.
• Implement robust data storage solutions, primarily using MongoDB.
• Uphold high standards of code quality, organization, and optimization.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of demonstrated expertise as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in TypeScript & JavaScript, including expertise in React.js, Tailwind CSS, and DOM manipulation.
• Proficient in backend development using Node.js and Nest.js, along with RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of modern authentication protocols, such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with code versioning tools, notably Git.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud hosting solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MongoDB.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for front-end and back-end systems.
